Christmas is the time of love and charity and kindness and giving. It’s no wonder then that Christmas gifts are foremost in our minds whenever somebody mentions the festive season. How much to budget, where to shop, don’t the kids have enough junk already, will they feel unloved if they don’t get the latest craze advertised on TV? 

Whatever you decide, it’s probably a good idea to suggest that older children make gifts for the family. It’s creative, it’s fun, and it teaches them that you don’t always need to spend money in order to show love. Here are some ideas:
